Terms of Service

Last Updated: September 8, 2026

Scope

These Terms apply to the SDI Release Manager, a private internal application operated by SDI Recordings and used only by a small number of specifically authorized personnel and key stakeholders. The application is not a public software service, and these Terms do not create any right of public access.

Purpose

The SDI Release Manager is used internally to prepare, upload, publish, and manage SDI Recordings music-release content and promotional media, including content published to YouTube.

YouTube API Services

The application uses YouTube API Services, including the YouTube Data API v3. By using functionality that interacts with YouTube, an authorized user agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Users should also review Google’s Privacy Policy and the SDI Recordings Privacy Policy.

Authorized Users and OAuth

Only individuals specifically authorized by SDI Recordings may use the application. Users may connect only Google or YouTube accounts and channels they are authorized to control. Protected Google and YouTube data is accessed through Google’s OAuth 2.0 authorization system.

Acceptable Use

Authorized users may use the application only for lawful SDI Recordings business purposes and may not use it to access accounts without authorization, manage content without necessary rights, violate applicable law or third-party rights, violate YouTube or Google policies, or bypass authorization, quota, security, or access controls.

Content Responsibility

Authorized users are responsible for ensuring that content uploaded or managed through the application complies with copyright, licensing, contractual, legal, Google, YouTube Terms of Service, and YouTube Community Guidelines requirements.

Uploads, Visibility, Updates, and Deletions

The application may allow authorized users to upload videos and select supported visibility settings such as private, unlisted, or public. It may also update or delete content when directed by an authorized user. The user retains final authority over these actions and is responsible for reviewing the selected action and visibility setting before execution.

Third-Party Services

Google and YouTube are third-party services. API-dependent features may be affected by outages, quotas, account restrictions, API changes, or policy changes outside SDI Recordings’ control.

Privacy and Revocation

Google and YouTube data is handled according to the SDI Recordings Privacy Policy. Authorized users may revoke Google authorization through Google account permissions.

Private Internal Application

The SDI Release Manager is not available for public use. Publication of these Terms is for transparency and compliance and does not provide access to the application.

Changes and Contact

SDI Recordings may update these Terms as application functionality, law, or Google/YouTube requirements change.
